These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PokéTriss app and website. By using PokéTriss, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your region. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You retain ownership of the content you create (posts, comments, listings, photos). By posting, you grant PokéTriss a licence to host and display that content within the service so it can function. You're responsible for the content you post, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
PokéTriss provides tools to connect collectors who wish to trade. Trades are arranged and completed between users. PokéTriss is not a party to any trade, does not take custody of cards, and is not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of any trade. Use verification, trust ratings, in-app chat, and your own judgement, and trade at your own risk.
Values shown in PokéTriss are estimates based on available market data and are provided for information only. They are not financial advice or a guarantee of any sale or purchase price.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokéTriss is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses related to trades between users.
You may stop using PokéTriss and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
