Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information PokéTriss ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using PokéTriss you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

How we use your information

How information is shared

Content you choose to make public — posts, comments, trade listings, and your public profile (display name, photo, ratings) — is visible to other users. We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted service providers (for example, Google Firebase) to host data, authenticate accounts, deliver notifications and record crash reports. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by requesting deletion via our account deletion page. Some records (such as safety reports you submit about others) may be retained for a limited period to protect the community.

Children

PokéTriss is not directed to children under the age required by law in their region, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a strong password and keep your login details private.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
