Delete your account

You can permanently delete your PokéTriss account and all associated data at any time. Here's how, what's removed, and how long it takes.

1 · In the app — instant

Open PokéTriss and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm, and your account and data are removed immediately and you're signed out.

2 · By email — if uninstalled

No longer have the app? Email support@poketriss.app from your account address with subject "Delete my account." Completed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile and display name
Your profile photo / avatar
Your posts and their images
Your comments, reactions and reposts
Your trade listings and price alerts
Your blocked-users list and notifications
Your sign-in / account record

Once deletion completes, this data is gone and cannot be recovered. Save anything you want to keep before deleting.

What we keep, and why

Safety reports you submitted about other users may be retained for a limited period to protect the community.
Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you.
Records we're legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires.
